GRAPPLE &
STRIKE FINALE SHOW
The
Grapple & Strike Title Finale Show
is an
annual event where the Grapple & Strike find their champions. Successful
competitors who compete throughout the year in both the Welsh League and
Fight Night shows are then invited back to compete in the Octagon (cage) for the
Grapple & Strike Title Belts.
Level 3 titles are contested in four man
tournaments with semi final matches being 2x3 minute rounds and the final being
2x4 minute rounds - Level 2 & 1 are fought over 2x5 minute rounds.
