FIGHT NIGHTS
Grapple & Strike Fight Nights are for level 1 and level 2 fighters. We also offer a limited opportunity for grappling, G&S Kickboxing and level 3 fighters to compete on the under card. Now fought in a cage fighters are matched as evenly as possible with successful competitors being invited back to compete for the Grapple & Strike Title Belts at the end of the year at the Grapple & Strike Finale Show.
Grappling matches are 1x5 minute round, kickboxing matches are 3x2 minute rounds - Level 3 matches run for 2x3 minutes - level 2 & 1 are contested over 2x4 minute rounds.
