Grapple & Strike is a full contact & light contact amateur Mixed Martial Arts showcase offering seven levels of competition allowing fighters to test themselves in a safe and well controlled environment within a set of rules that suits them. The seven competition levels run at the Grapple & Strike are:

Kickboxing (Full & light contact) - Submission Grappling

Level 5 MMA (Light contact no submissions -  children +)

Level 4 MMA (Light contact with minimum submissions - teenagers +)

Level 3 MMA (Full contact No Head Shots)

Level 2 MMA - (Head Shots Standing Only)

Level 1 MMA - (Head Shots Up & Down)
